.Responsibility:
We are looking for Specialist of following disciplines CARDIAC ANAESTHESIA, CARDIOLOGY, CARDIAC SURGERY, NEURO SURGERY, NEURO MEDICINE, GENERAL SURGERY, MEDICINE.
The Specialist will supervise the SHO in the management of the patients whether admitted from emergency or OPD
He/ she will respond to the call from in-patient and/or Emergency and will inform the consultant about the outcome
The Specialist will make rounds and see all admitted patients, check if Consultants instructions have been carried out and also discuss with Consultant if the pathe patient condition so requires
Specialist will attend the calls from other departments requesting consultations for both in-patients and emergency and provide assistance, as required. S/he will discuss the case with Consultant, if required.
During the routine surgical operative procedures (if applicable), Specialist will assist the Consultant and in selective cases perform the operation if the Consultant agrees and delegates the responsibility to the specialist.
Being a senior physician and as part of overall improvement of patient care, it is expected that whenever possible, Specialists will conduct teaching of SHOs of their respective department and also actively take part in arranging and conducting all CPD (CME) programs both within the department and if possible as part of the hospital activity.
Education Requirement:
FCPS/ MRCP/ MRCS/ MS or equivalent in relevant discipline
Practical/ clinical experience in relevant discipline after post qualification is preferable
Additional Requirement:
Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office
Should have good command on English & Bangla with good speaking and writing skill
Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and hard working
Should have good interpersonal & presentation skills
